Lillian Parker, born in 2001 in Richmond, Virginia, earned her BFA in Photography and Film with a Minor in Business from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2024. Her work has been featured in numerous exhibitions, including "Hidden Spaces" and the "VCUarts 2023 Undergraduate Juried Exhibition (UJE)" at The Anderson in Richmond, Virginia.

As an artist, Parker blends photography and fiber, creating images that either inhabit or define a physical space. Through the manipulation of fabric, she explores how its structure alters meaning, time, and the lifespan of an image. She asks questions like: How will it wear? Where will it live? What details remain visible, and which are hidden? By stitching her images together, Parker delves into themes of interpersonal relationships, intimacy, and the concept of home.
